I am a single parent (product of divorce). One of the tough things for me is that my ex is not a Christian (at least not a born again Christian).
One of the hardest things for me at this point is wanting him to have a good relationship with his father. At the same time, fearing that relationship because of my ex's beliefs. How or do I ever tell my son that his Dad never accepted Jesus into his life?
My concern is my ex does tell him things about praying to Mary etc. It's a difficult thing. After all that's why we're divorced! He was more then a little resentful (actually hateful) after I found Christ and accepted Him into my life. While we were together, I had to talk to my son about Jesus in "secret."
